How it works
Free call
30 minutes to talk through where you are and what you're hoping for. No pressure, just an honest conversation.
We design a plan
Together we identify what kind of support fits best — a single session, a focused series, or ongoing coaching.
We do the work
Sessions are online, 60 minutes, and structured around your goals. Body, mind, and heart — all in the room.
You keep moving
Between sessions, you'll have tools, practices, and direction. Insight matters — but so does what you do with it.

What we work on
Desire & intimacy
Mismatched libidos, low desire, intimacy that's gone quiet. We name what's happening and find a real path forward — back to connection, or somewhere new.
Relationships in transition
Opening up, growing apart, navigating a major life change together. Transitions surface everything — that's exactly when good support matters most.
Identity & sexuality
Questions about who you are, what you want, and how it all fits into your life and relationships. Explored at your pace, without judgment.
Communication & conflict
The conversations that keep stalling. Patterns that keep repeating. We slow things down, find the real dynamic, and build new ways of talking — and listening.
Sexual health & wellbeing
Shame, past experiences, physical concerns, or simply wanting to understand yourself better. Evidence-based, clinical grounding in a nonjudgmental space.
Nervous system & embodiment
Learning to regulate, to be present in your body, and to bring that into your closest relationships. Body, mind, and heart — all in the work.
Common questions
What's the difference between sex coaching and sex therapy?
Sex therapy is a clinical treatment model — it addresses dysfunction, trauma, and diagnosable conditions. Coaching is goal-oriented and forward-focused: we work on what you want to change, build, or understand. Sarah's background spans both, which means sessions are grounded in clinical knowledge without being clinical in feel.
Do both partners have to be present for couples coaching?
Not necessarily. Many people start individually — to get clarity, build confidence, or simply figure out what they want before bringing a partner in. Sessions can also flex between individual and joint as the work evolves.
How does confidentiality work?
Everything shared in a session is confidential. Sarah operates as a coach, not a therapist, which means standard coaching confidentiality applies. Any exceptions (situations involving safety) would be discussed with you directly.
What does a typical session look like?
Sessions are 60 minutes, held online via video or phone, and structured around your goals for that session. You'll usually leave with something concrete — a reflection, a practice, a conversation to have. Nothing is assigned that doesn't make sense for where you are.
Not sure where to start?
A free 30-minute consultation is the right first step — no pressure, no commitment. Just an honest conversation about where you are and what might help.
